Overview
Served as a Marketing Executive for Moncayo Golf & Ocean Club, an Auberge-branded resort and luxury residential development in Puerto Rico. Engaged at inception to build the full marketing infrastructure, including defining positioning, leading strategy, and developing collateral.

Led market research, positioning strategy, and campaign direction for an ultra-high-net-worth audience. Defined messaging, launch sequencing, and overarching creative vision to ensure clarity and cohesion across the full buyer journey.

Served as the central marketing lead across leadership, marketing, sales, and architecture, aligning internal teams and external partners under a unified vision. Managed scope, budgets, timelines, and vendor performance while maintaining clear communication and executive-level decisions.

Designed and launched comprehensive marketing materials across digital and print, including brochures, pitch decks, email campaigns, presentation assets, and sales collateral. Led creative direction of the website and oversaw development of architectural renderings and visual assets.
